Introduction to Joint Consultation Committee-course
This course is designed for new or relatively new members, deputies, or anyone involved with Joint Consultation Committees (JCCs). This online course is held for participants from various government workplaces.

How is the teaching structured?
Our teaching methodology centers on your active learning and combines:
- Teacher presentations – To help you understand the JCC agreement and the technical framework of the work.
- Work in groups – Exercises following presentations to train your skills in applying the cooperation agreement.
- Individual work – To clarify the values and intentions of cooperation within your own workplace.
- Dialogues and discussions – To facilitate the exchange of experiences among all course participants.
