Introduction to joint consultation committee-course
This course is designed for new or relatively new members, deputies, or anyone involved with Joint Consultation Committees (JCCs). This one-day online course is held for participants from various government workplaces.

How is the teaching structured?
Our teaching methodology centers on your active learning and combines:
- Teacher presentations – To help you understand the JCC agreement and the technical framework of the work.
- Work in groups – Exercises following presentations to train your skills in applying the cooperation agreement.
- Individual work – To clarify the values and intentions of cooperation within your own workplace.
- Dialogues and discussions – To facilitate the exchange of experiences among all course participants.
